Osuji Wins 3M Young Investigator Award

Chinedum Osuji, Assistant Professor of Chemical & Environmental Engineering, was recently honored with a 3M Nontenured Faculty Award. This award, administered by 3M's technical community in partnership with the company's community giving program, was created to invest in individuals who will lead university teaching and research programs in the future. It is accompanied by an unrestricted gift of $15,000 per year for three years to support basic research.

Osuji's research group is centered on experimental studies of structure and dynamics of soft materials and complex fluids. The group's work has a strong emphasis on directed self-assembly of block copolymers and polymer nano composites.
