Electrical Engineering Graduate Student Wins Scholarship
Yale Electrical Engineering graduate student Luye Mary Mu has been awarded a scholarship from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). The NSERC Postgraduate Scholarship-Doctoral recognizes students for academic excellence, research and leadership abilities and comes with an annual award of $21,000 Canadian for three years.
Mu is member of the lab of Mark A. Reed, the Harold Hodgkinson Professor of Electrical Engineering at Yale's School of Engineering & Applied Science. The Reed lab focuses on research in semiconductor nanowires and devices, quantum electron devices and nanotechnology.
